8:00a to 6:00p, Monday through Friday. Overtime rates may apply for time outside of normal “office” hours.

Initial consultation is free.

Our rates vary by service.

Coverage Area
Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga, American Canyon, Sonoma (and beyond for existing customers).

 

Mileage
We typically do not charge mileage however at times it is necessary based on the amount of miles we travel for a job. When we do we charge the current IRS rate of $.56 per mile.

Cancellation
$50 fee applies for cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time.

Payment
We accept checks, cash and Paypal. Returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee on top of any associated bank fees.

Miscellaneous
Client is responsible for costs of all purchases made on their behalf by Errand Bee & Etc.

 

We may require payment in advance for purchases made on your behalf.

We charge a 10% fee for purchases made on your behalf that exceed $100.

 

For legal reasons we cannot transport people.

 

Additional fees apply to large, bulky, heavy, fragile cargo or items requiring special packaging and/or handling (including extra man-power and/or specialized vehicle) or requiring transportation exceeding the capacity of a standard SUV.

Privacy Policy
All personal information is kept private and confidential. We do not give out personal information to third parties.

Right to Refuse Service
Errand Bee & Etc retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
